May 12, 2012 In the early morning hours, Station 200 & 204 were dispatched to motor vehicle accident clean up at the intersection of Route 837 and Hilltop Street.

March 19, 2012 Munhall Volunteer Fire Company # 1 would like to thank Pennsylvania American Water for their generous grant of $500.00. This will go to the purchase of equipment for our mobile rehab vehicle.
Shortly after 8:15am, station 200 and 204 were dispatched for a motor vehicle fire.
March 5, 2012 Dispatched to a working structure fire on Margaret Street. Station 200, 201, 202, 203, 204, 171 MAC, 292, 294 RIT responded. Great job by all crews.

December 29, 2011 The 2011 dog park season will be extended for the first two weeks of January 2012 for the new application process. If you need an application, you can obtain one by visiting our Firehouse Dogs section of the website or by calling the fire station at 412-464-7321.
November 18, 2011 23rd Annual Munhall Light-Up Night will be on Friday December 2 at 6:15 pm. The location will be at the municipal building.
November 11, 2011 On October 22, 2011, we arrived in Knoxville, TN to pick up our new replacement vehicle for squad 2. It is a used 1988 Ford E-350 Type III ambulance. Check back over the next few weeks for updates and pictures.

August 30, 2011 First responders at Munhall Volunteer Fire Company, Station 200 & 203, each received an animal rescue oxygen kit through a donation from Invisible Fence of Western Pennsylvania.
August 6, 2011 Dispatched for a structure fire on West Virginia Avenue around 7:30am. Crews made a fast knock down on the fire and no injuries were reported. Great job by all involved.
